SHIPPING :

All Made to Order items have a production period of approximately 8-12 weeks from the date of purchase, these times may vary depending on demand and item ordered. Updates will be sent regularly via email with production lead times.

If you are looking to purchase and have a specific deadline, please send an email enquiry to hello@hayleyemmastudio.com and I will assist the best way I can.

Once purchased, a dispatch email will be sent to the recipient once the order is en route, you can expect delivery within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated. Please note; delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer.

We currently only ship within the UK. If you would like to make a purchase and are outside of the UK, please send an email enquiry to hello@hayleyemmastudio.com for prices and terms.

Shipping to the UK is Free.

Please note; taxes and local custom charges that may be applicable on orders outside of the UK will need to be paid for by the recipient along with any additional charges that may occur during the shipment of your order. These will not be charged at the checkout and will be the recipients responsibility.

RETURNS

If your purchase isn’t quite right for you, you will have 7 days from receipt of your delivery date to request a refund by contacting hello@hayleyemmastudio.com. All items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date in their original condition, with all packing and paperwork intact otherwise a refund will not be issued. Hayley Emma Studio is not responsible for covering the cost of returning an item unless this has been approved prior.

Due to the handwoven nature of Made to Order item's, all sales are final and refunds will not be available. In the rare event of a damaged, defective or missing item from your order please send an email to hello@hayleyemmastudio.com for return queries and instructions.

Once you're refund has been received and confirmed, you will be refunded the full amount minus delivery fee within 14 days. Exchanges are not available. All returns will be refunded back to the original payment method

PURCHASES

Due to the nature of each product being an individual handwoven piece, slight imperfections and sizing may occur and are to be expected, adding extra charm and authenticity to each piece. All products have been inspected and checked that they are fit for purpose.

All items are created within the Hayley Emma Studio, by hand.

Made to Order items; we have a variety of coloured yarn in stock, however we cannot guarantee an exact match when updating stock levels. Should this happen once your order is placed, you will be informed via email with the updated colour, if this isn't satisfactory then you will be offered a refund.

We would be happy to accommodate other colourway combinations, these are available on request - please send an email enquiry to hello@hayleyemmastudio.com to discuss further.

If a package is unsuccessfully delivered and returned to the studio due to fee's not being paid, the amount of the fee owing will be deducted from the recipients refund along with any shipping costs. Excluding Made to Order items which are non refundable in these circumstances.
